Title: Philly 3-Step Chocolate Layer Cheesecake

2pk(8 oz ea) Piladelphia Brand Cream Cheese; softened
1/2cSugar
1/2tsVanilla
2 Eggs
4ozBaker's German's Sweet Chocolate; melted & slightly cooled
1 Ready-to-use Chocolate flavor crum crust (9 in)

1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Remove 1 cup batter; stir melted chocolate into this batter.

2. Pour chocolate batter into crust. Top with plain batter.

3. Bake at 350øfor 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Note: Substitute 3 squares Baker's Semi-sweet Chocolate for Sweet Chocolate, if desired.
